Indication:
Noticeable drooping in the face and neck with deep nasolabial folds, wrinkled cheeks and fading skin, the neck area shows facial and neck liftings. The duration of the effect of plastic surgery is about 7 – 10 years.
Operation:
The incision is made directly around the anus and is located in the skin fold. The subcutaneous structure (SMAS) and cervical muscles (platyzma) are also used in the treatment, thus, there is no stretching of the external scar, which contributes to healing of the wound. Excess of skin, subcutaneous and adipose tissue is removed or fixed in the previous place. At the same time, the individual features of the face are retained.
ОAnesthetics:
Usually, surgery is performed under general anesthesia. The operation is safe, the load on the cardiovascular system is negligible, and the risk of further bleeding is minimized.
The clinic stay period:

Recommendations in the postoperative period:
The head should be in a raised position, moderately cold compresses, to avoid physical activity, the first repeated reception of the doctor – one day after the operation, seams are removed 12-14 days after the operation.
